One of the primary areas of visualisation in which we have been involved for more than 10 years is in image production to assist the planning process.

Increasingly it is a requirement of planning authorities that one or more high quality, accurate images be produced to support a planning submission to visually communicate the scheme and its relationship to its context.

Typically, we are supplied with a set of the architect's plans, sections and elevations from which we generate an accurate 3D model of the scheme. Viewpoint selection is extremely important and we will establish with the team where views should be taken from before issuing a number of 'viewpoint studies' from which to decide final compositions. Where appropriate, professional photography is taken from this position by our experienced in-house photographer and the 3D model matched and composited into this photograph.The result is a seamless photographic image showing the viewer exactly how the development will sit within its environment.
