Drone photography limitations

Strict rules and regulations mean you can't just fly a drone anywhere! In this case, the ideal position was above a residential area, so we were unable to get the shot we needed from a drone.

We're often tasked with creating an elevated marketing or planning image of a development. They are much more powerful and convincing than a red line showing the site boundary on a google map. Your potential occupier can clearly see what they will get, how big things are, how the vision matches with their own and get a very real sense of what it would be like to base their business there. It turns a 'site' into something to be excited and proud about.

Undeterred, we 'generated' the entire image from 3d models and Google Earth imagery.

The result was a view from the best position in the best possible light that clearly defined the form of the building and its prominent location.
